Congress Kit and Name Badge
Upon registration you will receive a Conference kit that includes the printed material of the Conference and your name badge. Please wear your name badge at all times during the Conference and to all official Conference events.
Temperatures in November drop to a daily maximum average of 8 degrees Celsius, the minimum average is 4 degrees Celsius.
Transportation from Airport to Congress Venue

From Vienna International Airport

  • Public transport: Take the train to Wien Mitte and switch to the U3 metro to Johnstraße (1km from the hotel). It takes about 45 minutes.
  • Taxi: The ride takes approximately 31 minutes (26km).
Participants from certain countries may require a visa in order to travel to Austria.
Participants are requested to check with their local Austrian Consulate/Embassy well in advance of their travel date. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa as necessary.
Invitation Letters

Official letters of invitation designed to assist with obtaining an entry visa can be made upon request. In order to receive an invitation letter for visa purposes, send an email to with the following information:
