Payment of registration fees (EURO) can be made as follows:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Registration Department
- Up to 90 days prior to conference start date- Full refund less €50 handling fee
- Up to 60 days prior to conference start date – 70% refund less €50 handling fee
- Less than 60 days prior to conference start date – No refund
